# Privacy PolicyLast updated: June 8, 2026 Effective date: June 8, 2026This Privacy Policy explains how Ad Help LLC ("Ad Help," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information in connection with the Ad Help advertising attribution platform and related website (the "Service").Ad Help is a business-to-business service designed for ecommerce companies and their representatives. It is not directed to individuals acting in a personal, family, or household capacity.By using the Service or connecting an advertising or data source to it, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.## Our two roles: controller and processorWe handle two different kinds of data in two different roles, and it is important to understand the distinction.Data we control. When a business signs up for and operates the Service, we act as the controller of that business's account information (such as the business name, the contact and login details of the people who use the account, and billing information). This Privacy Policy governs that data.Data we process on behalf of our customers. When a business connects an advertising account or store to the Service, we process the data from those sources (such as campaign structure, ad spend, conversions, and revenue) on that business's behalf and under its instructions, as a processor. Our handling of that data is governed by our agreement with the business customer. We process this data only on the customer's instructions, and we will not sell it or share it for any party's independent purposes. If you are an individual whose data was provided to us by one of our business customers and you have questions about it, please contact that business directly, as it is responsible for that data.## What data we collectWe only collect data from advertising accounts, stores, and data sources that a business explicitly connects and authorizes. We do not access any account or data source that has not been granted to us by its owner. From connected advertising accounts (such as Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok), we read:- Advertising account structure, including campaigns, ad groups or ad sets, and ads
- Advertising spend, impressions, and clicks at the campaign, ad group/ad set, and ad level
- The list of advertising accounts the connecting user owns or manages, solely so the user can select which account(s) to connectWe do not read data from any advertising account the user has not explicitly selected and authorized. We do not modify, create, manage, or delete campaigns, ads, or any other assets in a connected advertising account. Our access to connected advertising accounts is read-only.From a connected store, we process conversion and revenue data belonging to the business, on its behalf, to produce attribution reporting. From the businesses that use the Service, we collect account and contact information such as business name, user names, email addresses, and login credentials, and billing information necessary to process payment. We do not process special categories of sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.## How we use dataWe use connected advertising and store data solely to provide the Service to the business that connected it. Specifically, we use it to:- Calculate advertising performance metrics such as return on ad spend
- Attribute conversions and revenue to specific campaigns, ad groups or ad sets, and ads
- Generate attribution and performance reporting that the business views inside its Ad Help dashboardWe use account and contact data to create and secure accounts, provide support, send service-related communications, and process billing. We do not use connected advertising data for any purpose other than providing reporting and analytics to the business that owns it. We do not use it to build advertising profiles of individuals or to serve ads.## Artificial intelligence featuresThe Service may include features that use artificial intelligence to help you analyze your data and generate reporting (for example, answering questions about your advertising performance). When you use these features, your data is used only to produce results for you. Your data is not used to train third-party foundation models, and it is not shared with or made accessible to other customers. You remain in control of what these features may access and do.## How we store and protect dataData is stored in the United States and is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to a limited number of authorized personnel who need it to operate and maintain the Service. We use reputable third-party infrastructure providers to host and operate the Service, and they are permitted to process data only on our instructions and for the purpose of providing the Service to us. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers ourselves. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our safeguards. You use the Service with that understanding.## Security incidentsIf we become aware of a security incident that compromises the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of personal data we hold, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and address it. Where the incident affects data we process on behalf of a business customer, we will notify the affected customer without undue delay so they can meet their own obligations. We will notify affected individuals and regulators where, and in the manner, required by applicable law.## Data sharingWe do not sell your data, and we do not share connected advertising or store data with third parties for their own purposes. We share data only:- With infrastructure and processing providers (such as cloud hosting and payment processing) acting on our behalf and under contract
- When required to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Ad Help, our customers, or others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy## Data retention and deletionWe retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. When a business disconnects an advertising account or store, we delete or anonymize the associated data. When a business closes its account, we permanently delete the customer data in our possession within 60 days following termination, except for limited information we may retain to meet legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected], and we will act on your request in accordance with applicable law. You may also revoke the Service's access to a connected advertising account at any time through that platform's account settings, which stops any further data access.## Your rightsDepending on where you are located, you may have rights under applicable data protection law to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, or to object to it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. For data we process on behalf of a business customer, please direct your request to that business, and we will assist them in responding.## ChildrenThe Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18.
